Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (Depends on Experience)
An international multi-disciplined consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join their civils team in London. This expanding team includes:
- 2x Graduate Engineers
- 2x Engineers
- 1x Senior Engineer
- 1x Associate
- 1x Senior Technician
- 1x Civils Director
The consultancy seeks a technically astute, performance-driven, and results-oriented Highways and Infrastructure Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical civil engineering expertise in highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration master planning projects.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.
- Resource Management: Manage the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the civil engineering project portfolio.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the bespoke requirements of clients and projects.
- Business Development: Drive business development and work-winning activities for multi-disciplined projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Professional & Technical Skill Requirements
- Chartered Civil Engineer : Must be a chartered civil engineer with 15+ years' experience in highways and infrastructure projects.
- Highways Geometric Design – DMRB ; Infrastructure and Public Realm ; Drainage and SUDs ; Earthworks ; Utilities - Spatial Planning ; Utilities Diversions ; Planning Approvals ; Technical Approvals
