Static mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Vauxhall, London - £45k – APPLY TODAY.

My client are currently seeking a static mechanical maintenance engineer to work at a ultra prime mixed used development in the heart of Vauxhall/Nine Elms in London.

You will form a team of 2 on site engineers looking after all the building services for the landlords side and communal spaces within the developments.

Duties :

• Conducting maintenance, installations, repairs, and testing of commercial and domestic mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and materials used
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Provide excellent customer service
• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the site supervisor and or Service Delivery Manager Including, but not limited to all routine maintenance and reactive tasks you would normally associate with building services.
• To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
• Ensure Company & Site, Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works in a timely fashion to meet KPI requirements. Keeping all logbooks fully up to date.
• Comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures on maintenance of primary electrical equipment in plant rooms and within common parts of a Super Prime residential/mixed use development.

Trade specific Qualifications/Skills:

- NVQ in mechanical engineering or plumbing
• G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems qualification is essential.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, water tanks, and booster sets, and their associated pipework.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

PACKAGE :

£45K Basic Salary
40 hour week ( days Monday to Friday)
25 days paid annual leave + bank holidays
No call out
