My client are a M&E engineering company who have been in operation for over 70 years, providing mechanical and electrical solutions to their high end client base.

An opportunity has become available for a M&E Maintenance engineer to be based at a brand new residential development In Milton Keynes.

The site is based within walking distance of Milton Keynes station.
You will form part of an FM team on site, looking after the plantrooms, communal spaces and certain

Duties as follows:

• Conducting maintenance, installations, repairs, and testing of domestic mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and materials used
• Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
• Undertake planned inspection and repairs within the estate apartments for:
o HW Cylinders (OSO Unvented Cylinder)
o MVHR Units (Nuaire/Vent Axia Kinetic) MVHR inspections.
o Intruder Alarm Testing (Training provided)
• Undertake small repairs as required on the communal areas to ensure wellbeing of the premises
• Complete weekly & monthly planned inspections such as:
o Weekly Bell Test
o Weekly Flushing
o Monthly Tap Temperature
o Monthly Emergency Lights Flick Test
o Weekly Plant Tour
• Conduct site inspections and oversee the installation of mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Repair HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard
• Good understanding of planned maintenance and MEP services
• Fire Alarm System devices - Nimbus Monitoring – training provided

PACKAGE :

£38.5/40k basic with an increase review after 6 months
40 hour week – 8 till 5pm
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
