Security Project Engineer – London - £45,000
 
I am currently representing a well-established home automation and security company who carry out commercial work across London. Due to growth, they are looking to add a security project engineer to the team.
 
Salary package:

• £40,000 - £45,000
• Performance bonus
• Company car or van
• Overtime
• Office 1 – 2 days per week, site visits otherwise

• Installing and commissioning TDSI, Paxton NET2 & 10. STID, Axis & Hikvision CCTV.
• Comprehensive understanding in networks and network infrastructure, clear understanding in managed and converged networks.
• Able to address IP’s, subnets and v-lans.
• Ability to communicate comprehensively with IT departments and exchange relevant information and coordinate a successful installation.
• Excellent communication with team members, provide clear instructions and the ability to mentor and motivate staff and create an inclusive environment.  
• Excellent email communication with team members and clients alike.
• Excellent professionalism with the ability to carry and contribute to design team meetings, site meetings, and staff meetings.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Understanding each stage of the construction processes in order to anticipate next steps that are required from us in a project.
• Excellent understanding of drawings.
• Compiling information for the office to compile ‘as fitted’ drawings and docs.
• Carry out commissioning docs
• Clear track record and a demonstration that they are able to do the above.
