Security Bid Team Admin Assistant – Reading - £30,000
My client is a leading Security Service Provider who have been successfully operating for over 40 years. Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking an additional Security Bid Team Admin Assistant to join their team of 10.
SALARY PACKAGE:
- £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
- 25 Days Holiday
- Pension Scheme
- Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm
- Parking
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bid Manager throughout the bid process.
- Collaborate with the Bid Manager and relevant stakeholders to compile all necessary documentation required for tender submissions.
- Format, proofread, and edit tender documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Organize and facilitate internal reviews of tender submissions, ensuring all feedback is incorporated accurately and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for all bid-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor and track tender deadlines, ensuring that all submissions are completed and submitted on time.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding bid-related inquiries and documentation.
- Conduct research as needed to support bid development, including gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Conduct quality checks on completed tender submissions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
- Scheduling & logging PPMS and call outs
- Producing monthly and weekly reports
- Liaising with clients
- Ordering parts or equipment from suppliers
- Managing E-Logs books system
- Organising engineers equipment
