Job Description
RGB Network are currently representing a well-established engineering firm based in Barnet, who are looking for an additional office administrator to join their team and support their service department.
Salary Package:
- £24,000 - £27,000
- Office based position
- Working hours 8.30am – 5pm
- Free Parking Onsite
- Enhanced Pension Scheme
- 28 Days Bank Annual Leave
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for field assignments.
- Create, track, and close work orders in the company’s service management system.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, labour hours, and materials used.
- Communicate with clients about job status, scheduling, and concerns.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support field work.
- Organise materials, equipment, and logistics for service tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in office excel software and internal management systems.
- Professional, courteous manner when dealing with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
