We are currently representing a large sized building management company, who look after various sites across London & home counties,
Due to sheer growth, they are seeking a BMS Trend Servicing & Commissioning engineer to join their growing team.
 
Salary and Package:

• £40,000 - £55,000
• Company Van
• Fuel Card
• Company card
• Parking Permits
• Additional training
• No call out

 
 
Areas of Cover:

• London & Home Counties

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
•                     Servicing
•                     Repairs
•                     Fault Finding
•                     Commissioning
•                     Testing Software
•                     Carrying out modifications
 
Requirements:
•                     Experience and knowledge of HVAC plant and equipment operation
•                     Trend IQ Vision
•                     Up to date CSCS Card
•                     Electrical Qualifications
