Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – London – 43 – 48K 

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a HVAC Engineer to join a growing team within London. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients.

You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repair, and emergency breakdown support of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a diverse commercial portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs AHUs, and FCUs, Fans, pumps, motors, HVAC assets including VRV/VRF systems, Splits, Multi-splits,.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on a wide range of heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Ensure all F-Gas records and site logbooks are updated accurately and remain compliant with current legislation.
• Liaise with clients and site managers to provide technical advice and updates on works.
• Utilise mobile PDA software to receive, update, and close out work orders in real-time.
• Participate in the company’s emergency out-of-hours call-out rota.

PACKAGE: 

• salaries from 43K – 48K 
• Van & fuel card (with private use)
• Overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays, X2 on Sundays & bank
• Call out rota 1 in 10 - 150-pound standby – 50 pound extra for call and minimum of 4 hours
