I am currently represnting a maintenance comapny based in London who are currently in search for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide both installation and maintenance works.

As a business they do everything from Plumbing, Commercial gas, Electrical and mechanical works 

They mainly work on mixed used development conracts, high-end residential contracts as well as commercial plant rooms.

THE ROLE :

Mobile Commercial Plumber

Working on a mobile basis all within the M25 Orbital carrying out :

• General plumbing including emergency call out rota works to commercial and domestic clients.
• Hot and cold water systems
• Changing Pumps, Motors, Vessels, Valves
• Isolating pipework
• TMV Maintenance and repair
• Installing Pipework
• Changing Taps, Toilets, Sinks
• Fixing leaks
• Plantroom Refurbishment works
• Risk Assessments

PACKAGE :

• £42/45k basic salary
• Company Van & Fuel Card
• PPE
• Call out 1 in 5 £100 standby
• 24 days holiday + bank holidays
• Bupa Healthcare after 6 months
• Phone & PDA
