My client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been established for over 70 years, providing FM solutions to their high end commercial, residential and mixed used development customer base.
They now require a technical supervisor to oversee a blue chip client site in West Brompton.
The site is a prestigious mixed used development in the heart of West Brompton, with 420 high end apartments where works is done on the landlord side as well as a number of selected high end apartments.
DETAILS
- Static site 420 apartments high end in West Brompton
- Manage 3 full time engineers on site 2 admin helpdesk on site.
- Role to manage the team
- Manage the contract, SLA’s, overseeing of subcontractors and first point of call for end client.
- Deal with tech problems first hand
- Role is 33% management, 33% technical and 33% management and paperwork.
The right candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant with a proven track record of managing high end sites.
PACKAGE :
£55/60K Basic Salary
Monday to Friday 8 till 5
20 days holiday
