THE COMPANY

Well established engineering HVAC company based in Hertfordshire who have been operating for over 20 years.

The business is split up into 2 divisions, one being service & maintenance and the other being Installation & Projects.

90% of their work is within Central London, with the other 10% being inside the M25.

They predominantly work in Government buildings and serviced office contracts, along with some high end residential.

They are now seeking a Plumbing Improver to join the team and assist their Senior Plumber.


THE JOB – Mobile Plumbing Improver

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm / 40 hour weeks

They are now on the lookout for a Plumbing Improver to work alongside their Senior Plumber.

Working on a mobile basis, you will be covering London & The Home Counties working within Mult tenanted Commercial Office space. 

Example of Projects would be Tea Points, WCs, working with Small Copper pipework (15ml – 22ml), Plastic Overflow/Waste Pipework.

The projects would be fully designed in house and you would carry out the Installation off the back of these. 


REQUIRED

• NVQ or C&G Level 2 in Plumbing
• CSCS Card (beneficial)
• At least 2 years experience working within Commercial Environments

• £25,000 - £30,000
