Mobile M&E Engineer – Manchester – 39K
Are you currently a M&E Engineer who is looking to join a progressive and growing company with excellent career opportunities?
I am currently representing a well-established M&E specialist with over 100 staff who are currently in search of a Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a mobile basis within the Manchester area.
THE COMPANY:
- 3 offices in the UK
- Provide M&E To a range of commercial and retail portfolio’s
- Turn over around 11 million a year with their maintenance division turning over 7 million alone.
THE ROLE – Mobile M&E Engineer
- Completes PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner on site
- Electrical PPM Tasks and reactive tasks
- FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
- AHUs
- Pumps
- Motors
- Lighting & Emergency Lighting
- Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
REQUIREMENTS
- Client Facing
- Electrical bias 17th or 18th edition with level 2 or 3 in electrical installations.
SALARY & PACKAGE:
- 39K
- Company van & fuel card
- 1 in 8/10 call out – D2D travel on call
- Overtime available paid at a flat rate of time and 2/3 to a maximum of £28.00 per hour
