Mobile M&E Engineer – Manchester – 39K

Are you currently a M&E Engineer who is looking to join a progressive and growing company with excellent career opportunities?

I am currently representing a well-established M&E specialist with over 100 staff who are currently in search of a Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a mobile basis within the Manchester area.

THE COMPANY:

  • 3 offices in the UK
  • Provide M&E To a range of commercial and retail portfolio’s
  • Turn over around 11 million a year with their maintenance division turning over 7 million alone.
 

THE ROLE – Mobile M&E Engineer
  • Completes PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner on site
  • Electrical PPM Tasks and reactive tasks
  • FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
  • AHUs
  • Pumps
  • Motors
  • Lighting & Emergency Lighting
  • Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
Working in a team of X2 covering 9 sites in Manchester with 1 day a month on a site in Leeds and 1 day a week on a site in Runcorn. Working in a team of X3 engineers.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Client Facing
  • Electrical bias 17th or 18th edition with level 2 or 3 in electrical installations.

SALARY & PACKAGE:
  • 39K
  • Company van & fuel card
  • 1 in 8/10 call out – D2D travel on call
  • Overtime available paid at a flat rate of time and 2/3 to a maximum of £28.00 per hour
