Fabric Maintenance Foot & Van Mobile Engineer – London – 33K

I am currently representing a well-established building services company who have been successfully delivering FM services to the London retail sector for over 20 years. They are in need of a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to come and join their current team in London. 

You will be working across high end retail stores and office spaces mainly within London & M25. The engineer must have experience in the following:

• plumbing
• re-lamping
• basic electrics
• painting/decorating
• carpentry
• doors / locks etc.

Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.

Salary & Package:

• Salary of £33K
• Enrolment into the Company Pension Scheme.
• all transport costs Covered (whether on tube or in the van)
• Company Credit Card for all expenses
• New backpack for trade tools
• 21 days holidays excluding bank holidays.
• Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30 (onsite).
• Lots of opportunity for overtime.
• Opportunity for a van after a couple of months trial period.
