My client are a Kent based Mechanical Services Specialist who have been operating for almost 4 years.
As a business, they specialise in AC, Gas & Plumbing works across their portfolio of contracts which include NHS, Schools & Offices across London & the Home Counties.
They ae seeking a Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their team and work across their portfolio of contracts.
THE ROLE – Mobile Commercial Plumber
Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm (Job & Knock)
You will be working on a mobile basis covering London & The Home Counties working within Hospitals, Office Buildings, Schools, Leisure Centres and Gyms.
The role will be split between Installation & Maintenance and the successful person will have strong experience within plantrooms and must be happy to carry out both.
- Changing Pumps, Motors, Vessels, Valves
- Isolating pipework
- TMV Maintenance and repair
- Installing Pipework
- Changing Taps, Toilets, Sinks
- Fixing leaks
- Plantroom Refurbishment works
QUALIFICATIONS
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 in Plumbing
- CSCS Card (desirable)
SALARY & PACKAGE
Up to £45k
Van & Fuel card
Overtime paid at x1.5 / x2
Holidays start at 20 + 8 Bank (rises by 1 day per year of service up to a max of 25)
