My clients are an M&E Maintenance company based in Cambridgeshire and have been operating for over 30 years.

 

They deliver M&E building services maintenance to the corporate, healthcare, education, retail, transport and manufacturing sectors throughout the entire UK.

 

Mobile Building Services Role

 

Monday – Friday  / 8am – 5pm / 40 hour weeks

 

You will be working on a mobile basis carrying out Maintenance & Breakdown works to M&E Kit across their portfolio of clients across Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Northampton & Peterborough.

 

Electrical:

• Emergency light test, Fire alarm Testing
• Lighting, Ballasts, UPS, BMS
• 1st and 2nd fix on lighting

• Service and repair of mechanical equipment (AHU’S, FCUs, Basic Plumbing, Water temp checks, heating systems)
• Pumps & Motors

• Up to £40k
• Travel after 30 mins each way

• 1 in 5 Call Out - £50 Standby - Minimum Callout fee - £100 for up to 4 hours, time & a half thereafter.
