Site Based HVAC Maintenance engineer in Milton Keynes  

 

My client are a National Building Services Provider who have been operating for over 30 years and employ over 250 staff across their 8 offices.

They provide Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical & Mechanical Solutions to their portfolio of clients and do so by providing Project Management, Installation, Service, Maintenance & Breakdown across these disciplines.


Their client portfolio is vast and stretches from Commercial Offices, Healthcare Centres, Commercial Council Works, Public Sectors, Retail and Leisure.

They are now looking to employ a site based FGAS PPM Engineer to be based at a prestigious site in Milton Keynes.

 

The role is for PPM AC maintenance only, looking after the following :

 

AHU/fan coils/VRV/VRF’S/ cleaning filters/condensers within :

 

Offices/workshops

Labs/meeting rooms

 

PACKAGE :

 

£33/34k

8 till 5pm Mon to Friday

40 hour week 8 till 5pm

No call out rota
