THE COMPANY

My client are a Surrey based, well-established Building Services Company who have been operating for over 45 years.

They look after a variety of Commercial Offices & High End Retail Units within Central London, Surrey & Kent.

Manufactures: Daikin D1 Supplier, Mitsi Preferred Supplier

With a Company turnover of around 10 million and have this year become employee owned (EOT).

Projects will involve new Air conditioning, ventilation, pipework services, BMS, plant replacement etc. and across all sectors.  

Projects are varied and range anything in value from £5k to 1 million.


THE ROLE – JUNIOR HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

Due to growth, they are seeking a Junior HVAC Project Manager to join the team and support an experienced Project Manager tacking multiple projects at one time.

Training ‘on the job’ alongside a senior PM to enable the new Project Manager to progress through the company where they can start managing their own projects.
