HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager (Hybrid)

My client are an Essex based Building Services Company who have been operating for over 20 years.

 
They now employ over 30 staff and turnover £7mil a year. 

Due to growth, they are seeking an HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on a Hybrid basis. 

THE JOB

You will be working on Commercial Refurbishment Mechanical Projects in London up to a value of £1,200,000.

The role is hybrid, working from home, attending site meetings, meeting clients with one day a week based at their Essex office. 

The successful candidate will have strong a HVAC background, with a proven track record of managing AC, Ductwork and Mechanical Refurbishment Projects. 

SALARY & PACKAGE
