• The supply everything from mechanical & electrical maintenance, plumbing, fire and security, energy services, air conditioning, gas and more to their portfolio of clients.

 
THE JOB – Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer
 

They are seeking a Fabric Engineer to work on a Foot Mobile Basis to join the team, working on their entire portfolio.
 

• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Service Manager to include but not limited to hanging doors, new locks, assembling furniture, painting and decorating, tiling and carpeting floors, basic electrical works, basic mechanical works, emergency lighting testing, water flushing and basic lamping.
• Undertaking on-site PPM works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met.
• To carry out other duties required within the grade and purpose of the post.

 
SALARY & PACKAGE

• £35,000
• Travel Card (Oyster up to Zone 6)
• 23 days holiday +bank

• Overtime Rates are x1.5 & x2
• Pension and Healthcare on completion of probation
