A reputable Building Services Consultancy are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team of engineers in London. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the development of Building Services designs across diverse projects, from commercial offices and residential developments to sports stadia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and specification of Electrical Building Services systems.
• Oversee detailed calculations and create technical specifications using industry-standard tools.
• Manage project delivery, including budget considerations and client communications.
• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams on innovative, high-profile projects.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering (or related field); Chartered status (CIBSE/IET) preferred, not required.
• Extensive experience in Building Services Design Engineering, with proficiency in software’s such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, NBS, Autodesk, and Revit.
• Strong technical and design skills, with excellent report-writing abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead and take responsibility for projects.
