- Lead electrical design initiatives across diverse projects, serving as the primary liaison with external design teams.
- Conduct comprehensive electrical load calculations and renewable energy assessments, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
- Prepare detailed design packages encompassing sketches, drawings, specifications, and technical schedules.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and utility suppliers to validate technical selections and meet design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, conducting site visits as needed to uphold design integrity.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in building services electrical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in software tools such as IES, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
- Proven track record of effectively managing junior engineers and delegating tasks.
- Strong grasp of environmental design, sustainability principles, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for external design teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and business development.
- Familiarity with BMS, home automation, and smart network technologies.
- Knowledge of AV systems and architectural considerations.
