THE COMPANY:
- Based in Blackpool and have been operating for over 20 years.
- Predominantly cover the North, Yorkshire, M62 corridor, Wales & Midlands
- Provide full FM services from heating (commercial & domestic), AC, Electrical, fire & Security, mechanical etc.
- 80 – 90 engineers strong currently that are all placed regionally.
- They have recently merged within the last 12 months with Connaught Facilities and are now a sister company to them
- Look after big hospitals, small clinics and commercial office space, MOD and high security sites also.
MOBILE AC/ CHILLER ENGINEER – NATIONWIDE:
I am currently representing a excellent FM Service provider who are in need of a AC/ chiller engineer to work on a nationwide basis across their high security portfolios. Joining a team of 4 engineers you will be providing service, maintenance and breakdown works to a portfolio of commercial contracts nationwide.
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm
DUTIES:
You will be providing Planned and reactive maintenance across their very high end contracts through out the nation.
- AHU’S/Splits/Multi Splits/ Chillers/ VRV/VRF’S
- Will be an element of Fault finding
- PPM’s and reactives
SALARY AND PACKAGE:
- £38 - £42k – Depending on experience
- D2D Travel
- Van & Fuel Card
- Tools, Phone, PPE
- 22 days holiday + bank
- Abundance of overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays – X2 Sundays
