THE COMPANY:
- Based in Blackpool and have been operating for over 20 years
- Predominantly cover the North, Yorkshire, M62 corridor, Wales & Midlands
- Provide full FM services from heating (commercial & domestic), AC, Electrical, fire & Security, mechanical etc.
- 80 – 90 engineers strong currently that are all placed regionally.
- They have recently merged within the last 12 months with Connaught Facilities and are now a sister company to them
- Look after big hospitals, small clinics and commercial office space
Commercial Gas Engineer –North West– 40 – 45K
I am currently representing a excellent FM Service provider who are in need of a commercial gas engineer to be based within their Yorkshire region. You will be providing service, maintenance and breakdown works to a portfolio of commercial contracts across the Yorkshire region.
As a business they provide full FM Services within AC, Electrical, Fire & Security and Mechanical works across contracts such as hospitals, commercial office space and clinics. They work across the UK and have engineers placed regionally. You will be working across the north west but may be asked on times to travel further afield when needed.
Duties to include:
- Providing reactive & Maintenance works to commercial boilers within their commercial portfolio.
- Will be an element of plumbing reactive and repair work when needed
- Successful candidate would need their full Commercial Gas Tickets.
Salary & Package:
- 40 – 45K – Depending on experience
- D2D Travel
- Van & Fuel Card
- Tools, Phone, PPE
- 22 days holiday + bank
- Abundance of overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays – X2 Sundays
- 1 in 6/7 Call out – 210 pound standby and overtime when called.
