The consultancy is looking for senior-level engineers with the potential to progress into senior management roles in the near future. Candidates should have a strong mechanical engineering background, complemented by a solid understanding of other building services disciplines, and experience in building services design.
Key areas of expertise required include:
- Building services design, covering all stages from concept and feasibility to detailed coordination
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, technologies, and practices
- Commissioning processes and industry best practices
- On-site technical service management
- Contractor monitoring and quality assurance
- Surveying and validation work
- Experience across sectors such as commercial, fit-out, film studios, residential, sports facilities, leisure, life-science, education, and data centres

Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mechanical or building services engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in a consultancy or contracting design role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in preparing technical reports and performance specifications
- Proficiency in load and performance calculations, along with the use of relevant software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar) and 3D BIM software
