Available working arrangements
Permanent Work
With permanent recruitment we will manage the full interview process up until you start in your new role and throughout a short period of aftercare. Once placed, you will be paid by that company directly.
Temporary work
With temporary work we will manage the full interview process up until you start in your new role and throughout the full length of the contract. If a contract ends we will of course do our best to find you another contract as soon as possible.
For temporary work you will sign a contract with RGB Network that will agree your hourly or daily rate. You will fill in and get timesheets signed and then submit them to us before the weekly deadline to get paid on Friday. Contracts can be drawn up for a fixed period, rolling contract or even to cover ad hoc working arrangements. We can pay you on a PAYE, ltd company or umbrella company basis.
Fixed term/ interim placements
This option is used when a client needs a non permanent worker for a specific period of time and wants to pay that worker directly. RGB Network will of course manage the full recruitment process up until you start. During your contract you will report directly to the company, but we will keep in contact with you to check you are happy. When the contract comes to an end we will either negotiate an extension to the contract; a transfer over to a permanent employment status or find you another role as soon as possible.
