We have a good team-based environment, where we work together as one company and often socialise with each other at weekends as well.

Home grown

90% of our consultants come to us with no recruitment experience. We then train these consultants in recruitment skills and technical skills associated with their desk. Training is provided on a day-to-day basis by the Senior Management Team, as well as your individual mentor. This is then complimented by formal training at our Head Office training department.
