Omr El-Tanani
Omr works across the MEP space, partnering with electrical and mechanical Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and M&E Estimators, supporting both candidates and consultancies across the UK.
He spends a lot of his time getting to know what people actually want from their next move, not just on paper but in terms of culture, progression, and day to day work. On the client side, he helps teams bring in the right people to grow and deliver on key projects, so it is very much about building long term relationships rather than just filling roles.
Outside of work he is a big sports fan, especially Liverpool FC, Irish rugby, and Formula 1, so most weekends are usually planned around a match or race. He is also a triplet so competitive from a young age, and he has a real passion for collecting watches and learning about the detail and engineering behind them.
