I applied for a position via Workgateways which RGB was the agent for. I was contacted promptly by an RGB consultant who was warm, enthusiastic and friendly over the telephone.  RGB effortlessly arranged our meeting, which in itself was an absolute pleasure. I met with RGB and we had a very comprehensive discussion regarding my background, experience, preference for future employment and a range of other matters. RGB were only too happy to answer my questions about working in the UK. RGB even provided me with the relevant forms I needed to fill out to join the RTPI.  Following our meeting, they sent me through a raft of information on their clients, and also provided a number of useful websites that helped me up-skill in my knowledge of the UK planning system and to generally prepare for upcoming interviews.  RGB also provided me with specific interview preparation briefing notes, which I found immensely helpful.
 
In terms of the success of the service, I now have a fantastic job (after only a week of RGB being engaged to look on my behalf) with a competitive salary and associated package.
 
Following my appointment, RGB shouted me to a lovely lunch in celebration, which in my opinion was over and above the call of duty, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them.  I feel confident I could approach RGB when I am next looking for employment or even when I have general enquiries. I will certainly be recommending the services of RGB to any friends arriving in the UK (and any that are already living in London and looking for new employment).

In short, the service I received from RGB, was exemplary.  I felt valued and that RGB was genuinely interested in obtaining the best position for me as possible. To be honest, it left me feeling very supported and confident about what I could expect to achieve.

In terms of the service you have provided I could not praise you highly enough. The fact that you took time to meet me in person and discuss not only my experience and areas of expertise but also what sort of areas I would find motivating means that I have found a role in a company that really excites me. For me this is very important.

On top of this you have kept me extremely well informed throughout the process, calling me regularly and updating me whenever possible. Knowing that you were dealing with all the other aspects for me meant that I could just concentrate on preparing for the interviews, which is exactly what I needed. Little things, such as calling me on the morning of the interview to check I had found the building and to wish me luck were all very much appreciated.
 
Finally, you have been really encouraging and positive throughout, which I have found really useful. Looking for a new job, particularly when you have been in the same role for a relatively long period of time, can make you a little anxious. However, you have done everything you could to allay those concerns. All of this helped me enormously and I am really looking forward to my new job. The level of service provided to me by RGB, was I felt, of a high standard.  RGB provided myself with assistance in seeking employment promptly, and ensured I was placed within a consultancy most appropriate to my skills and also my personality.  Assistance was also provided before and after job interviews (promptly).  The level of assistance provided by the consultants made myself feel like I was her only client, although I know this was not the case. 
 
Because of my satisfaction with the level of assistance provided to myself by them, I have recommended RGB to friends, and will continue doing so.  Should I ever need to seek employment in the UK in the future I will be in contact with RGB once again.
